|What have you gotten out of the 30 Day Challenge?||I truly am a new person from what I was a few months ago! I feel great, I move so much easier, and have lots of energy. Whoo-hoo!|
|How has your wellness journey impacted your loved ones?||Eliminating the foods on the detox list has completely changed what I eat, and also what I cook for others. My husband is happy with what I fix, and we both eat well. He is delighted in my new appearance and is proud of me. He does have corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf, but much more in moderation now, and he hasn't gained a pound, due to the rest of his diet, which is my diet.|
|Have your food cravings diminished?||I could eat this way forever! I do eat the same things a lot, but I don't get bored. Food is secondary to the way I feel.|

|Have you experienced weight loss with the challenge?||To date, I have lost 52 pounds, and lots of inches. My size has gone from 22/24 or 3X to a 16 or an 18, and some 16s are even a little big. I feel great, and my eating habits have changed a lot.|
|Has the challenge helped your mental state (ie. improved focus, feeling more alert, happier)||After a couple of months on the program I felt like I needed something, and my energy level had increased, so I joined Curves and religiously go three times a week. That level of exercise is good for me, and has helped tone my body. Walking is great too.|
Personal advice to people considering the Arbonne program.
The goal of this program is not just weight loss, but changing your eating habits to detox your body. You are in this for the long haul. Many "diet" programs will help you lose weight, but they fail when it comes to maintaining that weight. I've been there. This Arbonne program will be helpful for life!
Tell us a little bit about your experience with the 30 day challenge.
I started my first 30-day challenge in September 2016. The challenge was relatively easy to do, and since I had success but needed to lose more pounds, I signed up for a second challenge, then a third and fourth. In January 2017 I was on vacation for three weeks, so followed basically the 80/20 plan, where I ate "regular" food most of the time, with shakes thrown in here and there to make sure I was getting enough protein and fiber. I continued on that plan until June. Now I am finishing up a challenge and have lost a few pounds more.

What can I say about my wonderful coach, Amber Burosh, that would make you stand up and cheer? Well, here's a list of some of the good things she has done for me!
Really, really listening and paying attention to whatever my questions are, my concerns, my silly stuff - all are important to her. She ALWAYS takes time to help me in any way she can. She will research my questions if need be, and follows up with me, helps me with orders, products, recipes, and checks in with me always.
She is knowledgeable and practical. She is not a sales maniac, but knows her products and what fits my needs. Wow! Arbonne could not ask for a better representative than Amber.
Amber has provided lots of personal encouragement while I have been on the Arbonne detox/weight loss program. She has endless patience and I consider her a good friend in addition to my coach. I am so thankful to have her for both her friendship and her coaching. Love this lady!
How was it being apart of the private Facebook group?
The Facebook groups are helpful, as are the recipes provided for each week. I particularly like the ground turkey chili, the chicken avocado soup, and the chicken piccata. I appreciate the recipes with beans, since they are high in fiber.
