  1. ¼ scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  2. 1 Tablespoon or so of unsweetened coconut milk (or sweetened vanilla almond milk)
  1. Stir until it creates a pudding/mousse-like consistency (add more milk if necessary). Dip strawberries or any detox approved berries in it and you have a yummy/healthy treat!
