  1. Antibiotic free chicken breasts
  2. Olive oil
  3. Pizza Sauce of choice: marinara, or homemade tomato/garlic/OO infusion
  4. Non-dairy cheese
  5. Pizza toppings of choice: turkey pepperoni, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, veggies
  6. Italian seasoning
  1. Pound antibiotic free chicken breasts flat, lay in olive or avocado oil covered 9x13 pan.
  2. Cover chicken breasts with pizza sauce of choice. Sprinkle lightly with non-dairy cheese (not too much because it does not melt like real cheese). Add pizza toppings of choice examples (turkey pepperoni, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, veggies). Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake.
